C&W: Polish warehouse supply hits record high in Q1
Take-up hit 925,000 sqm, up 45 percent y-o-y, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The strongest leasing activity was reported in Upper Silesia where 22 leases were signed, totaling 292,000 sqm. Amazon signed on to 135,000 sqm, in one of the biggest deals of Q1, while 192,000 sqm were transacted in 34 lease agreements in the Warsaw suburbs.
