Poland's industrial supply exceeds 11.2 million sqm in 2016
Poland's warehouse market is still growing. Between 2014 and 2016 approximately 3.3 million sqm of modern space was delivered to the market, with a record-breaking 1.3 million sqm added in 2016 alone. At the end of 2016, approximately 1.5 million sqm were under construction, out of which 76 percent is already leased. Warehouse locations with the best prospects, according to Colliers, include Bialystok, Boleslawiec, Czestochowa, Kielce, Konin, Lublin, Radom, Rzeszow and Zielona Gora._x000D_
