Ziegel House offices due for completion in November
A new project Ziegel House, should be completed in the Vracar municipality in November. Located at the corner of Nebojsina and Rudnicka street, close to the highway and the Temple St Sava, the complex is made up of two buildings, with 6 floors and authentic architectural design.
The complex will offer 5,500 sqm for the office space, with all layouts to be tailored to the needs of specific customers. There will be 70 parking spaces and space to rent for shops and services on the ground floor. This class A office complex, by the developer Trgomen Nekretnine, is located in the city center. The West Properties agency has been selected to lead the leasing process.
