Extended roles of EVP Operations at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE

Mariusz Krzak, Executive Vice President of Operations Poland, extends his scope of responsibility to the Czech Republic and is now responsible for Prague, Warsaw and Wrocław markets. Aurelia Luca, Executive Vice President of Operations Romania, is also expanding her area of responsibility by taking over the Hungarian market as well. Mariusz Krzak has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He joined the company in 2010 as a Project Manager. Since March 2014, as Regional Director for Skanska office business in Poland, he has been responsible for the development of office building investments and the unit’s business strategies in Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Katowice. In February 2020 he took the position of Executive Vice President Operations Poland and Senior Leadership Team member at the Skanska commercial development business unit for Central and Eastern Europe. His role has now become international due to the extension of his duties to the Czech Republic market. Aurelia Luca has over 20 years of expertise in real estate development. She became part of the Skanska team in 2012, as a Leasing Manager. Since 2018 she has been responsible for running operations in Romania, now additionally taking over the Hungarian market. Aurelia is a member of Skanska CDE Senior Leadership team. As Executive Vice President Operations Hungary and Romania, she is responsible for developing Skanska’s commercial activity in Bucharest and Budapest.
