Maite Inglis appointed Operations Director of France and Benelux at Trammell Crow Company
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the largest commercial real estate development and investment companies, announces that Maite Inglis has been appointed Operations Director of France and Benelux. She will assist in the firm’s industrial logistics development and investment initiatives in France and Benelux including all aspects of the development and investment process, economic analysis of land and asset acquisitions, capital structuring, market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, leasing and disposition. She will report to Ian Worboys, TCC’s Managing Director, Head of TCC’s European Logistics.
“With over 20 years of experience specializing in industrial built-to-suit developments, Maite has extensive experience of all types of logistics distribution hubs, including chilled, cross dock, pharmaceutical, light industrial, last-mile, multi-tenanted and XXL distribution centers, having developed more than 8 million square throughout the region,” said Worboys. “I welcome Maite to the firm and look forward to quickly growing the team in France.”
Prior to joining TCC, Inglis previously served as the Operations Director for France and Benelux for P3 Logistics Park and held various leadership roles at Prologis France and Gazeley Properties.
“I am pleased to be joining TCC and expanding our European footprint throughout France particularly on multimodal locations,” added Inglis. “Indeed Paris and the North-South backbone corridor are the most active and sought after markets by our tenants and customers and we are looking forward to serving those needs. We are also going to offer a network of multimodal parks as close as possible to the largest urban centres in France in order to cater for all our customers’ requirements providing them with sustainable and long-term solutions.
Today Trammell Crow Company’s European operations are now in Spain, the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland and France, with operations in Germany opening later this year.
