Construction starts on mixed-use residential complex in Zrenjanin
Construction has gotten underway on "36", a new residential and office complex in Zrenjanin, northern Serbia. This complex will have 2 residential blocks offering 88 apartments, along with two high quality offices. A total of 102 parking space will also be built for new project, which has a net total of 4,812 sqm of space.
The investor Home Interpoint, which has been developing real estate projects in Novi Sad, Zrenjanin and Belgrade since 1999, is behind the project. Company officials revealed that prices for the apartments, which they describe as the best in Zrenjanin would be €700 per sqm (including VAT) for the larger units and €750 per sqm for the smaller ones. Sales are already underway, with 39 having already been sold. Construction of this residential complex will be in line with latest green construction standards, employing natural materials and with high energy efficiency characteristics. Completion is planned for the end of 2018.
