Marvipol has introduced 68 apartments as part of the Zielony Natolin Apartments
Marvipol Development has started selling 65 apartments and 3 commercial units from the Zielony Natolin Apartments project in Ursynów, Warsaw, Marvipol reported.
A single building consists of a 3-story section and a 10-story dominant. It offers 3 service premises with a total usable area of 3,100 sqm and 65 apartments with various layouts, from studios to 4-room premises with an area of 25 to 75 sqm. The investment will be put into use in the second quarter of 2023, it was announced.
"Green Natolin Apartments is a project in line with the idea of sustainable urban development, actively encouraging residents to change their lifestyle to a healthier, greener and friendlier environment. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly investment solutions, infrastructure encouraging the use of bicycles, or convenient proximity to well-developed public transport, not only will make the life of the inhabitants of Apartamenty Zielony Natolin more comfortable, but will also have a positive impact on the investment environment. We are convinced that the lifestyle of the inhabitants of the agglomeration and the directions of urban development need to be redefined. We want to support and stimulate these changes," said Grzegorz Kawecki, Vice President of Marvipol Development.
