Luxent presented a model house in the luxury project Březový háj near Prague
A model house has been opened for those interested in the exclusive Březový háj residential complex in Předboj, Prague-East. According to the exclusive seller of the real estate agency Luxent - Exclusive Properties, most of the 16 luxury villas, including one bungalow from the first stage, are already sold or reserved. During this year, the company is going to offer for sale another 4 houses from the other. The completion of the first stage is planned for next spring, the whole project should then be completed at the turn of 2022 and 2023.
Less than 10 km from Prague in the village of Předboj, a new residential project Březový háj is being built in two stages, with a total of 19 exclusive low-energy villas 5 + kk to 6 + kk and a luxury bungalow 5 + kk with generous glazing and individual architecture. The emerging 4 villas on the west side of the complex will also be included in the specific concept.
As part of the first stage, in which interior work is currently underway, a model house with a layout of 5 + kk with a living area of 239 sqm has now opened. "We are very pleased that those interested can now see for themselves the exclusive living in the Březový háj project. In the model house, we will introduce them to the possibilities of changes in the standards and above-standards of interior equipment for bathrooms or floor surfaces. New owners can also choose an above-standard designer kitchen," says Romana Čermáková, real estate broker at Luxent - Exclusive Properties.
All houses with a usable area of 230 sqm to 388 sqm have plots ranging in size from 906 to 1,550 sqm, facing south to southwest, which are connected to the living rooms. There will be wooden terraces made of Siberian larch, providing a cozy corner for barbecue or morning coffee. The house also has two covered parking spaces and two uncovered parking spaces.
